Nordex Group recorded 2,810 MW of orders in its Projects segment during the third quarter of 2026, excluding its Service business, marking a 29.5% increase compared with 2,170 MW in the same period last year.
For the first nine months of 2026, the company’s order intake reached 7,733 MW, up 16.1% from 6,661 MW recorded during the corresponding period in 2025.
The average selling price (ASP) for wind turbine capacity stood at €0.90 million per MW in the third quarter, compared with €0.93 million per MW in Q3 2025. For the January–September period, the ASP increased to €0.93 million per MW from €0.92 million per MW a year earlier. According to the company, the changes primarily reflect differences in project scope and regional market mix, while pricing remained stable.
Between July and September 2026, customers placed orders for 427 wind turbines across 10 countries. Türkiye, Germany and the United States were the strongest individual markets during the quarter.
Commenting on the results, José Luis Blanco, CEO of Nordex Group, said the company’s order intake was becoming increasingly diversified across international markets. Türkiye contributed more than 900 MW in orders during the third quarter, while Nordex’s cumulative orders in the United States exceeded 1.3 GW for the year to date.
Blanco added that the company expects the international share of its business to increase as it converts its project pipeline in the coming quarters, while order momentum in Europe and Germany remains strong.
The latest figures reflect continued demand for wind turbine installations across key markets and further expansion of Nordex Group’s order pipeline in 2026.
