Holston Gases acquires Tri-Cities Dry Ice

Tennessee-based Holston Gases has acquired Tri-Cities Dry Ice.

A specialist in dry ice production, Tri-Cities Dry Ice has operations in southwest Virginia and northwest Tennessee.

Joe Baxter, President of Holston Gases, said that combining Tri-Cities Dry Ice’s customer base with Holston’s distribution and production capabilities will allow the company to expand its dry ice distribution further into southern and central Virginia.”

Ed Boardwine, owner of Tri-Cities Dry Ice, said, “We are very proud to become a part of the larger Holston family. Combining our local presence with Holston’s people and resources will be great for our customers.
