Industrial gas major Air Liquide has reported a project backlog of €5.5bn ($6.4bn), up from €4.9bn at the end of 2025, according to an earnings call today.
“Our investment backlog reached a new historic peak at €5.5bn,” said CEO Francois Jackow. “These are tangible, high-quality projects currently under construction that will fuel our profitable growth as they come online.”
The backlog includes around 75 projects already signed and approved across multiple geographies and sectors, including large industry and electronics. Jackow described it as a “reservoir of growth” that the company aims to translate into revenue and earnings.
