Empowering The Middle East’s Energy Shift, AEMEnergy Unveils Zero-Carbon Innovations At MEE 2025

The Middle East Energy (MEE) 2025 exhibition officially commenced on April 7 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Recognized as the largest and most influential energy industry event in the region, MEE gathers leading enterprises from the power, renewable energy, energy storage, and smart grid sectors. The exhibition serves as a crucial platform for presenting advanced technologies, identifying market opportunities, and fostering international collaboration.

During the event, Sichuan Aviation Electrical Micro Energy Co., Ltd. (AEMEnergy) introduced its latest innovations under the theme of “Scenario-Driven Technology.” The company presented two key solutions: the Zero-Carbon City Solution and the Green Airport Solution, reflecting China’s increasing contribution to the global smart energy transition.

AEMEnergy’s Green Airport Solution made its global debut at the exhibition. This solution addresses the growing challenge of balancing rapid airport expansion with the need to meet carbon reduction targets, particularly in the Middle East. It integrates multiple technologies including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery storage, bridge-mounted static ground power units (SGPUs), remote stands, and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) charging stations.

The solution combines core technologies such as inverters, direct current (DC) microgrids, distributed energy storage, and medium-frequency power supplies. It effectively tackles issues related to limited power capacity, high expansion costs, and lengthy construction periods at remote airport stands, offering a highly efficient and low-carbon approach to sustainable airport development.

In addition to the Green Airport Solution, AEMEnergy also showcased its comprehensive Zero-Carbon City Solution. This solution is designed to optimize energy usage across various sectors, including residential, commercial and industrial (C&I), grid-scale storage, and street-level applications. It incorporates technologies such as virtual power plants (VPPs), flexible alternating current/direct current (AC/DC) distribution networks, and low-carbon energy management systems.

These innovations enable real-time, millisecond-level energy response and cross-regional optimization, significantly improving grid flexibility, reliability, and the integration of renewable energy sources. The Zero-Carbon City Solution supports cities in achieving their carbon reduction targets and advancing their energy transition efforts.

AEMEnergy’s participation in MEE 2025 marks an important step in its ongoing international expansion. By delivering innovative, scenario-based energy solutions, the company is actively contributing to the development of sustainable infrastructure and supporting the broader move towards zero-carbon transformation across the Middle East and other regions worldwide.
