ENERPARC Energy India Appoints New CRO and CFO to Support Renewable Energy Expansion

ENERPARC Energy India, part of the global ENERPARC AG Group, has appointed Yogish H N as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Arun Veldhandi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its renewable energy portfolio across India.

The appointments come as the company scales its offerings in solar, open access, hybrid energy, battery energy storage and energy trading solutions to support the country’s growing clean energy market.

Yogish H N brings more than 20 years of experience in business development and strategic growth, including over nine years with ENERPARC. During his tenure, he has contributed to customer acquisition, market expansion and revenue growth across the renewable energy sector.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Yogish will lead the company’s revenue growth strategy, with a focus on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, strengthening customer engagement and driving growth across emerging clean energy segments.

Arun Veldhandi assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer with more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, strategic financial management and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has secured more than ₹3,500 crore in debt financing, including over ₹1,000 crore for ENERPARC, while supporting the company’s expansion.

The company said Arun has played a key role in strengthening relationships with financial institutions, scaling financial operations to support significant business growth and consolidating ENERPARC India’s operations to enhance governance and financial integration.

In his new role, Arun will oversee the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, governance and investment initiatives to support ENERPARC India’s next phase of expansion and long-term value creation.

According to the company, the appointments reinforce its leadership capabilities as it seeks to capitalize on emerging opportunities in India’s renewable energy sector while continuing to deliver sustainable and customer-focused energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers.
