Growatt Showcases Next-Gen Inverter Solutions at REI Expo India 2025

Growatt’s participation at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 in Greater Noida has concluded successfully, grabbing the spotlight among the event’s top highlights. With over 700 exhibitors and around 35,000 visitors in attendance, the expo provided a premier platform for professionals to explore the latest clean energy innovations. Growatt – a global leader in solar and storage solutions – showcased its advanced product portfolio across residential, commercial and industrial (C&I), and utility segments, all tailored to India’s market trends and customer needs.

A centerpiece of Growatt’s booth was the debut of its next-generation X3 (Pro) series of residential inverters: MIC 3300TL-X3 (Pro), MIN 5000TL-X3 (Pro E), and MIN 6000TL-X3 (Pro). These new models are engineered to handle higher power solar arrays, each supporting up to 22 A DC input per MPPT to accommodate today’s high-wattage PV modules. This elevated current capacity allows installers to use fewer strings of panels and larger modules, reducing balance-of-system costs while boosting overall energy harvest, which in turn lowers the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) for homeowners. With smart monitoring and robust build quality, the X3 Pro inverters enable Indian households and small businesses to maximize rooftop solar generation under local grid and climate conditions.

For C&I energy storage applications, Growatt introduced its new WIT 100K HU three-phase hybrid inverter (100 kW), designed to anchor solar-plus-storage systems for commercial sites. The WIT 100KTL3-HU seamlessly manages inputs from PV arrays, the grid, diesel generators, and battery banks – providing an all-in-one solution for large backup and microgrid projects. It offers enterprise-grade features such as a built-in UPS with black start capability, support for 100% unbalanced loads across three phases, and tolerance for 110% continuous AC overload output. The inverter’s durable enclosure (IP66-rated) and integrated Type II surge protection ensure reliable operation in India’s diverse conditions. By maintaining power stability during outages and optimizing self-consumption, the WIT 100K HU enables factories and commercial facilities to improve energy independence and operational efficiency.

In the mid-sized C&I segment, Growatt also displayed its latest three-phase string inverters to meet growing rooftop solar demand. The MOD 15KTL3-X2 (15 kW) and MID 50KTL3-X2 (50 kW) models deliver high conversion efficiency (up to 98.8%) and are capable of handling high DC input currents (up to 16 A per string) to accommodate high-power solar panels. Equipped with multiple MPPT trackers and wide voltage windows, these inverters maximize energy harvest even on complex roofs. Their outdoor-ready design (IP66 enclosure) and built-in protection features ensure reliable performance and flexibility for small and medium commercial installations in India, helping businesses accelerate their green energy adoption.

For larger installations, Growatt highlighted its heavy-duty inverters aimed at industrial and utility-scale projects. The MAX 125KTL3-X2 LV (125 kW) is a high-capacity, low-voltage inverter with multiple MPPTs, simplifying integration into commercial plants and enabling cost-effective solar deployment. Meanwhile, making its India debut was Growatt’s new MAX 350KTL3-X utility-scale inverter, which drew significant interest with its impressive 350 kW output and peak efficiency of around 99%. These high-power units come with advanced safety and grid management features – including Type II surge protection on both AC and DC sides – and support a higher DC/AC ratio for more PV overloading, all contributing to lower energy costs per kWh for large projects. By offering a robust and efficient solution at scale, Growatt is addressing the needs of India’s fast-growing solar farms and mega rooftop installations.

Growatt remains committed to serving India’s vast and evolving energy landscape with a mission to deliver reliable, highly efficient, and grid-adaptable inverters. Through continuous innovation, tailored product development, and strong service support, the company is empowering more Indian homes and enterprises to lead the transition toward a sustainable energy future.
