Bosch’s Chairman has warned there’s still “no market” for hydrogen in Europe, with the German tech major “regularly” reassessing its position.
Speaking at Bosch’s annual press conference, Dr Stefan Hartung blamed weak policy support and regulatory constraints for the lack of progress.
“Hydrogen remains a key growth area for us,” he said, before undercutting the statement by suggesting an absence of demand.
Hartung previously said Bosch does not expect in Europe before the 2030s, instead pointing to China as the lead market.
