Radiance Renewables Names Nitin Bhatia as New CEO

Radiance Renewables has announced the appointment of Nitin Bhatia as its new Chief Executive Officer. Bhatia, who has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since its inception in 2019, will now take on dual responsibilities, continuing in his current role while stepping into the top leadership position.

With more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and infrastructure finance, Bhatia brings a wealth of strategic and financial expertise to the CEO role. His professional journey includes senior positions at Tata Capital and global investment firm Babcock & Brown. A postgraduate in Finance from the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, and a law graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai, Bhatia has played a key role in shaping Radiance’s financial strategy and rapid growth over the past five years.

In a statement, Bhatia expressed gratitude for the opportunity and acknowledged the contributions of outgoing CEO S. Manikkan. “It’s an honour to step into the role of CEO at Radiance Renewables,” he said. “Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our transformation into one of India’s fastest-growing renewable energy companies. I am excited to lead our talented team as we focus on innovation, sustainability, and creating long-term value for our clients and communities.”

The company also acknowledged Manikkan’s leadership, highlighting his role in establishing Radiance’s foundational culture and vision. With Bhatia at the helm, Radiance looks forward to its next phase of sustainable growth and innovation.
