SECI Wins Double Honours At Governancenow 11th PSU Awards

Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has won two prestigious awards at the 11th PSU Awards organized by GovernanceNow. SECI was recognized under the categories of Nation Building – Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship, and Corporate Communications – Best Use of Storytelling. These awards highlight SECI’s continued efforts in promoting sustainability and using creative communication to share its initiatives and success stories.

The award ceremony was held on 28th February 2025 in New Delhi. It was attended by several dignitaries, including Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Coal and Mines, Government of India. Shri Satya Pal Singh, Former Minister of State for Water Resources, Education, and former Police Commissioner of Mumbai, was also present at the event.

SECI’s achievements reflect its commitment to driving India’s renewable energy transition while maintaining a strong focus on environmental responsibility and public engagement. The recognition at the PSU Awards further strengthens SECI’s role as a leader in the clean energy sector.
