Vistra Strengthens Board Of Directors With Rob Walters’ Appointment

Vistra has announced the appointment of Rob Walters as an independent director to its board, effective immediately. Walters will serve on the Sustainability and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. With his appointment, Vistra’s board now comprises 11 members, further strengthening its governance and oversight capabilities.

Scott Helm, Vistra’s Chairman of the Board, said, “We are pleased to welcome Rob Walters as a new director to the Vistra board.
