Solis’ S6-GC(80-125)K C&I Inverter Series Achieves ISO 14067:2018 Product Carbon Footprint Verification from TÜV Süd

Ginlong (Solis) Technologies, one of the world’s most experienced and largest inverter manufacturers, has earned the ISO 14067:2018 Product Carbon Footprint verification from for its commercial and industrial inverter series. The recognition underscores Solis’ commitment to sustainability, demonstrating leadership in reducing lifecycle carbon emissions, advancing renewable energy adoption, and promoting a circular economy.

ISO 14067:2018 is a globally recognised standard for measuring a product’s carbon footprint across its entire lifecycle. This verification provides transparent, credible disclosure of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, independently assessed and validated. For Solis, it marks another milestone in delivering environmentally responsible solutions to the global market.

The series is designed to help commercial and industrial users integrate renewable energy more efficiently and safely. Its capabilities include master-slave export power control with three-phase unbalanced output for flexible grid compatibility, dual independent RS485 ports for seamless third-party integration, and AI-based millisecond arc fault protection. Safety and reliability are further supported through real-time PV grounding detection, coordinated arc fault and rapid shutdown systems, and integrated meteorological sensors for intelligent performance monitoring.

The combination of product innovations with sustainable manufacturing practices, ensures the series not only optimises system performance but also helps reduce carbon emissions through improved efficiency, among other factors that contributed to meeting the rigorous ISO 14067 requirements.

“We are thrilled to receive the ISO 14067 verification, which recognises our ongoing efforts in carbon footprint management,” said Jimmy Wang, President of Ginlong (Solis) Technologies. “This accomplishment reflects our dedication to the environment and provides our clients with greater confidence when choosing truly sustainable energy solutions. As an industry leader, we understand our responsibility to set new standards for environmental excellence in solar technology—and we will continue to innovate with this in mind.”

The ISO 14067 certification reinforces Solis’ position as a pioneer in sustainable PV technology. In an era where climate accountability is critical, Solis proves that technological advancement and ecological responsibility can advance together—delivering tangible benefits to customers, communities, and the planet.
