Utilizing this advanced testing platform, battery manufacturers can effectively manage charge and discharge cycles between two battery groups, enabling detailed analysis of performance in real-world applications. This approach allows for the timely identification of potential issues, optimization of designs, and enhancement of product performance and longevity. Compared to traditional grid-connected testing methods, this platform is less constrained by grid conditions, requires lower environmental demands, simplifies the testing process, and significantly reduces associated costs.

Hopewind’s proprietary energy management system incorporates cutting-edge technologies, including cloud computing, big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT). It is distinguished by its flexible applications, high reliability, grid-friendly operation, and intelligent maintenance capabilities. This system comprehensively addresses the needs for multi-source flexible scheduling and coordinated control across a variety of scenarios, including renewable energy sites, energy storage stations, commercial and industrial storage, microgrids, and green hydrogen production.

Hopewind 5MW String Power Conversion System (PCS) Station

The innovative String PCS Station features a flexible design, allowing for the configuration of multiple power conversion systems (PCS) to accommodate energy storage projects of various scales. In this initiative, the 5MW String PCS Station is equipped with 24 sets of 215kW string PCS, facilitating efficient single-cluster battery management. This design minimizes the risk of single-point failures and resolves challenges associated with parallel battery current flow. Additionally, the PCS station is IP66 rated and offers optional C5 corrosion protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments while extending equipment lifespan.

Hopewind offers diverse testing platforms for both grid-connected and off-grid applications, featuring capabilities such as peak load shifting, anti-backflow control, demand management, and backup power solutions. These advancements enhance energy efficiency and contribute to intelligent energy storage solutions.

Hopewind has reached a significant milestone in the power conversion system sector, delivering competitive AC/DC energy storage solutions, including power conversion systems (PCS), PCS stations, and comprehensive energy storage systems. The products serve a wide range of applications across the grid, power generation, and consumer sectors.

Notably, Hopewind ranks among the top five manufacturers in China’s PCS installed power capacity, as highlighted in the “2024 Mid-Year Electrochemical Energy Storage Station Industry Statistics” report jointly released by the China Electricity Council and the National Electrochemical Energy Storage Station Safety Monitoring Information Platform.
