TOYO Co., Ltd. has entered into multiple binding solar photovoltaic (PV) module supply agreements with several customers in the United States, with an aggregate contract value of approximately $240 million.
The agreements, signed since mid-June 2026, cover multiple end-use segments, including utility-scale power generation, commercial and industrial (C&I) projects, community solar, and data-center applications.
Deliveries under the contracts have already commenced and are scheduled to continue through the first half of 2027. The modules will be manufactured at TOYO’s facility in Houston, Texas, which currently has approximately 2 GW of annual solar module manufacturing capacity.
TOYO employs around 600 people across its module manufacturing operations in the United States. The company said the new agreements reflect increasing customer demand for solar products manufactured domestically and supported by diversified supply chains.
The company expects its U.S. manufacturing platform to support customers seeking domestic production, supply-chain security, domestic-content considerations, and compliance with applicable Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) requirements.
“With approximately 2 GW of module manufacturing capacity now operating in Houston, these agreements provide increased visibility into anticipated utilization of that capacity through 2027,” said Takahiko Onozuka, Chairman and CEO of TOYO.
TOYO Chief Strategy Officer Rhone Resch said the agreements represent a shift for the company from expanding manufacturing capacity toward converting that capacity into contracted business.
The company said its Houston manufacturing operations form the foundation of a broader integrated U.S. manufacturing strategy as demand grows for domestically manufactured solar modules and more diversified supply chains.
