Solidus Techno Power Delivers 27.31 MWh BESS For SBF Ispat’s 50 MW Solar Project

Solidus Techno Power Private Limited has successfully delivered a 27.31 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) integrated with a 50 MW solar power project for SBF Ispat Private Limited. The company provided comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the project, marking a milestone in its expansion into integrated renewable energy and energy storage solutions.

The project strengthens Solidus Techno Power’s capabilities in combining solar power generation with battery storage to support industrial energy requirements. The integration of BESS with the solar project is expected to provide greater flexibility in renewable energy utilisation and help industrial consumers manage their energy needs more effectively.

The company is also expanding its battery storage manufacturing operations through its subsidiary, XenRosh ESS, which focuses on manufacturing Battery Energy Storage Systems. This development complements Solidus Techno Power’s existing EPC and renewable energy development businesses.

Jaspal Singh, CEO and Co-founder of Solidus Techno Power Private Limited, said that combining solar power with battery storage offers industries greater flexibility and enables them to utilise renewable energy more effectively.

Harvinder Singh, Managing Director of Solidus Techno Power, stated that the project strengthens the company’s integrated clean energy portfolio. He added that the company is expanding its BESS manufacturing capabilities through XenRosh ESS, with a focus on quality, safety and reliability.

Through its EPC expertise and manufacturing subsidiary, Solidus Techno Power is working to address the growing demand for integrated renewable energy and storage solutions. The company aims to support commercial and industrial customers with solar power projects and energy storage systems.

The 27.31 MWh BESS installation alongside the 50 MW solar project highlights the increasing role of battery storage in industrial renewable energy applications. By combining project execution capabilities with in-house manufacturing development, Solidus is positioning itself to participate in the expanding energy storage market.
