Adani Green Energy Commissions 67 MW Solar Project In Khavda, Gujarat

Adani Green Energy Limited has announced the operationalization of an additional 67 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat. The project has been commissioned by Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Limited, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company. With this new addition, the total operational renewable energy capacity of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has now reached 11,983.1 MW.

The decision to operationalize the plant was made at 10:02 p.m. on February 24, 2025, following the receipt of necessary clearances. Power generation from the plant officially commenced on February 25, 2025.

This expansion aligns with AGEL’s ongoing efforts to enhance its renewable energy portfolio and contribute to India’s clean energy transition. The company remains committed to scaling up its solar and wind power generation capacity in line with its long-term sustainability goals. The announcement has been made in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
