Nautilus Solar Surges In 2024, Leading The Community Solar Market

Nautilus Solar Energy® LLC, a leading provider of community solar in the United States, has announced its 2024 energy impact metrics, marking another milestone in its mission to expand clean energy access and support the country’s transition toward energy independence. Over the past year, the company has significantly grown its community solar portfolio by adding 149 megawatts (MW) of new projects, bringing its total operating capacity to 477 MW across 12 states. With this expansion, Nautilus now serves more than 40,000 community solar subscribers, reinforcing its position as one of the most successful community solar companies in the country.

In 2024, Nautilus Solar produced 446 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of clean energy, reducing carbon emissions by more than 300,000 metric tons. This impact is equivalent to removing approximately 65,000 cars from the road for a year, demonstrating the company’s role in advancing environmental sustainability. Additionally, Nautilus’s community solar subscribers collectively saved over $3.7 million through energy credits, making solar power more affordable for households and businesses.
