Eapro Global Limited, a manufacturer of solar and power-backup solutions, has raised ₹40 crore (INR 400 million) in a funding round, with participation from institutional investors, family offices and individual investors.
The funding round saw participation from Aarth AIF Growth Fund, NAV Bharat Investment Opportunities Fund, VentureX Fund, Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I, and Juggilal Kamlapat Lakshmipat (JK) Family Office, among others.
Kyro Capital Private Limited acted as the transaction advisor to Eapro for the fundraise and managed the transaction across investor identification, structuring and closure. The transaction also marks the first investment by Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Kyro Asset Management Private Limited.
Eapro said the fresh capital will be used to support its next phase of expansion, including scaling manufacturing capacity, strengthening technology capabilities and expanding its presence across India’s renewable energy and power-backup markets.
The company has reported growth across key financial metrics. Its revenue increased from ₹199.61 crore in FY25 to ₹346.39 crore in FY26. During the same period, EBITDA rose from ₹26.73 crore to ₹44.30 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) increased from ₹18.58 crore to ₹30.54 crore.
Eapro said the growth has been supported by demand for its solar inverters, batteries and energy storage solutions, while the company has continued to invest in manufacturing capacity, product development and technology.
The company is also preparing for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) targeted for FY28. Eapro is currently in discussions with prospective lead managers and investors as part of its preparations for the proposed public listing.
Commenting on the fundraise, Jagdeep Chauhan, Managing Director, Eapro Global Limited, said the capital will strengthen the company’s balance sheet and enable it to scale manufacturing capacity, deepen technology capabilities and address the growing demand for energy storage and power-backup solutions.
Aman Maheshwari, Founder and Fund Manager, Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I, said the fund sees structural growth opportunities in energy storage systems and power-backup solutions, driven by India’s renewable energy transition and demand for reliable power infrastructure. He added that the transaction represents the fund’s first investment.
