Hero Future Energies Opens New Corporate Headquarters in Aerocity to Support Global Renewable Energy Expansion

Hero Future Energies (HFE), the renewable energy arm of the Hero Group, has inaugurated its new corporate headquarters at Worldmark 6 in Aerocity, New Delhi, as part of its strategy to strengthen global operations, foster innovation, and support its expanding workforce amid continued growth in the clean energy sector.

The new headquarters spans three units and has been designed to accommodate the company’s growing teams by bringing together employees across business functions in a collaborative and technology-enabled workplace. The facility supports HFE’s expanding global renewable energy portfolio, which currently exceeds 7.2 GW across India, Ukraine, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom. The company said its workforce has grown by an average of 40% over the past two years, reflecting its ongoing expansion across international markets.

The office incorporates modern workspaces, smart meeting rooms, flexible collaboration zones, and employee-centric facilities aimed at enhancing productivity and innovation. It also features a state-of-the-art command centre for real-time monitoring of renewable energy assets, an experience centre for customers and partners, and dedicated spaces for innovation, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Designed with sustainability as a core principle, the headquarters integrates environmentally conscious materials, energy-efficient systems, and operational practices intended to minimise its environmental footprint while reflecting the company’s broader sustainability objectives.

Commenting on the inauguration, Rahul Munjal, Founder and Chairman of Hero Future Energies, said the new headquarters represents the company’s next phase of growth as the global energy transition accelerates. He noted that HFE has spent the past decade expanding its renewable energy capabilities across technologies, solutions, and international markets, adding that the new office has been created to foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainable business practices while supporting the company’s long-term vision.

HFE has expanded its clean energy portfolio in recent years through investments in hybrid renewable energy projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green hydrogen initiatives. The company is developing and operating solar and wind assets while increasing its focus on hybrid renewable solutions, Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE), and storage-integrated projects designed to improve grid reliability and operational flexibility.

Srivatsan Iyer, Global Chief Executive Officer of Hero Future Energies, said the new headquarters will play an important role in supporting the company’s international expansion by creating an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and faster decision-making. He added that the command centre, customer experience centre, and collaborative workspaces provide the infrastructure needed to support HFE’s long-term business growth.

According to the company, the Aerocity headquarters will serve as a strategic hub for its operations across India and international markets while supporting planned recruitment across business, engineering, technology, and corporate functions as Hero Future Energies continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio.
