Mufin Green Finance Approves Up To $6 Million Bond Allotment Under ECB Framework

Mufin Green Finance Limited has clarified the timing of a Management Committee meeting held to approve the allotment of bonds following an inquiry from BSE Limited regarding the company’s earlier disclosure.

The company stated that its Management Committee met on September 11, 2026, to consider financial matters and approved the allotment of up to 600 senior, rated, listed, USD-denominated non-convertible bonds. The proposed issuance will be undertaken under the External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) framework through a private placement.

Each bond will have a face value of $10,000, taking the total aggregate value of the proposed allotment to up to $6 million. The bonds will be issued in dematerialized form.

The company clarified that the Management Committee meeting commenced at 8:00 P.M. Indian Standard Time on September 11 and concluded at 8:30 P.M. the same day. The clarification was provided in response to an email inquiry from BSE Limited dated September 12, 2026, which sought confirmation regarding the timing of the proceedings related to the company’s earlier disclosure.

The company subsequently communicated the clarification on September 14, 2026, from its registered office in New Delhi.

The proposed bond issuance is part of Mufin Green Finance’s financing activities and involves dollar-denominated debt instruments under the ECB framework. The company’s clarification primarily addresses the timing of the Management Committee meeting and confirms that the approval for the proposed allotment was considered and concluded during the 30-minute meeting on September 11.
