Sunhome Expands To Romania, Bringing Residential Energy Transformation Solutions

Sunhome, a leader in smart residential energy solutions, has successfully launched in Romania, marking a key step in its expansion into Eastern Europe. This move aligns with Romania’s push for renewable energy and highlights Sunhome’s commitment to providing innovative solutions tailored to local needs. Romania’s residential photovoltaic (PV) sector is expected to grow significantly, with a combined annual installation potential of about 790 MW in the residential and small commercial sectors.

To meet the rising demand, Sunhome introduced its range of smart residential energy systems to the Romanian market. These include the Oasis Home for villas, Woods Home for townhouses, and Moss Home for condominiums. Each system combines solar power generation, energy storage, EV charging, and smart energy management, allowing homeowners to achieve up to 100% renewable energy self-consumption. At the heart of these solutions is Sunhome’s proprietary ‘Power-Magic Cube’ technology, which optimizes energy generation, storage, and use for greater efficiency and sustainability.

Ted Liu, General Manager of Sunhome Eurasia, mentioned, “Our entry into the Romanian market represents a significant milestone in our global expansion strategy. We are dedicated to empowering Romanian households with sustainable energy systems and supporting our partners with the tools and resources necessary for success.”

Sunhome’s growth strategy focuses on working closely with local partners, supported by advanced digital tools. The Sunhome Partner platform simplifies sales, marketing, order processing, service coordination, and asset management, boosting partner visibility and efficiency. Additionally, the iSolarRoof platform ensures accurate assessments and professional installation designs, ensuring top-notch quality across different housing types.

From design and financing to installation, maintenance, and upgrades, Sunhome offers end-to-end support, ensuring a smooth experience for both partners and customers. With this comprehensive approach, Sunhome is set to play a crucial role in Romania’s transition to renewable energy.
