DMEGC Solar has made a significant leap in the global solar industry rankings, securing 5th place in the 2025 “Global Solar Module Manufacturers Ranking” released by leading energy research firm Wood Mackenzie. This marks a three-position jump since January, highlighting the company’s consistent growth and rising influence in the international photovoltaic (PV) market. The ranking is based on an in-depth analysis of 2024 data from 40 major solar module manufacturers across 10 countries. Collectively, these companies represented 62% of global production capacity and 89% of total module shipments.

Wood Mackenzie assessed manufacturers across ten key criteria, including capacity utilization, financial health, ESG and CSR practices, R&D capabilities, external certifications, technological maturity, manufacturing quality, supply chain reliability, and the degree of vertical integration. DMEGC Solar delivered outstanding performance across all evaluation metrics, earning a total score of 83 out of 100. Most notably, the company ranked first globally in capacity utilization with a perfect score of 100%, a significant lead over the average of 69% among the top 10 players. It also achieved third place in financial performance, reflecting its strong operational efficiency and robust fiscal management.

The company had previously moved up from 9th to 8th place in the January 2025 edition of the ranking. This latest rise to 5th place underscores its steady progress in expanding production, improving technology, and gaining market share. Wood Mackenzie publishes this global ranking biannually, and DMEGC Solar’s rapid advancement is a testament to its focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable practices. The company’s continued commitment to excellence positions it as a trusted and high-performing player in the global solar energy landscape, with strong potential for future growth and leadership.
