Compressed air and vacuum solutions company Atlas Copco Group has expanded its Texas footprint through the acquisition of the compressed air business of 3C Industrial (3C).

Part of the service division within Atlas Copco’s compressor technique business area, 3C provides industrial air compressor equipment, air compressor services, and air treatment products in Texas.

The company is headquartered in Corpus Christi and has a network spanning Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin.

In 2025, it generated revenues of approximately $11m.

Philippe Ernens, Business Area President, Compressor Technique, said the acquisition further expands the company’s presence and customer outreach in Texas.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Atlas Copco’s compressor technique business area provides compressed air and gas solutions through a global network.
