As a leading solar solutions provider, what is VNT’s current market share, and which specific solar verticals do you focus on?

VNT has established a strong presence in the solar industry, with a market share exceeding 55 GW globally. We provide comprehensive energy solutions across both utility-scale and rooftop solar segments. In the utility-scale sector, we actively contribute to a wide range of solar projects, including PPA-based installations, direct PSU tenders, open-access projects, and large-scale solar parks. Meanwhile, in the rooftop segment, we primarily cater to the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, supplying high-quality LT and HT panels that ensure efficiency and reliability. Expanding our offerings, we have introduced high-end PPC, SCADA, and End Energy Management Systems, which are set to be game-changers in our product portfolio. Additionally, in the telecom vertical, we are driving solarization initiatives for telecom sites while also supplying SMPS, rectifiers, and advanced energy-sustainable solutions to both the Indian and global telecom markets. Our commitment to innovation and sustainability continues to strengthen our position as a leading provider of solar solutions worldwide.

How does VNT’s focus on utility-scale and rooftop solar in India align with its global mission, and what are your expansion plans?

India has surpassed the 100 GW solar milestone, and VNT has played a significant role in this achievement, contributing over 40-50% of end-to-end solar solutions. With strong growth projections, we anticipate increasing our market share to 70-80% in the coming years. Our state-ofthe-art manufacturing facilities are dedicated to solar product innovation, with a production capacity exceeding 25 GW. We specialize in manufacturing string combiner and monitoring solutions, along with high-quality electrical panels, ensuring seamless integration for both utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. VNT’s vision extends beyond India, aligning with our global mission to drive sustainability by delivering high-quality, high-efficiency energy solutions. Guided by the philosophy of “One World, One Family,” we are committed to creating a greener, more connected, and protected world. As we expand, our focus remains on providing cutting-edge solar solutions that support clean energy transitions worldwide.

With over 55 GW in solar installations, what are VNT’s growth targets for the next five years across key global markets?

VNT has already supplied over 55 GW of solar installations globally, backed by a robust manufacturing capacity of 25 GW per year. In the coming years, we plan to double this capacity, scaling up to 50 GW annually in a short span to meet the rising global demand for renewable energy solutions. We expect to cater to more hybrid power plants having PV, wind, and BSES in one station.

A key driver of our expansion is the introduction of our high-end PPC, SCADA, and End Energy Management Systems. These solutions are not limited to solar applications but are also being integrated into substation, transmission, and distribution projects—critical infrastructure that plays a vital role in national development. With an expected CAGR of 25-30% year-on-year, we are on track to surpass 100 GW in total supply within the next 3-4 years. Our strategic focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability will continue to strengthen our presence across key global markets, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the renewable energy transition.
