Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Allots 35,800 Equity Shares Under ESOS

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has announced the allotment of new equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme (CMES ESOS). The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the company’s Board of Directors approved the allotment of 35,800 fully paid-up equity shares during its meeting held on July 30, 2026.

The allotment includes two equal components. A total of 17,900 equity shares were issued after eligible employees exercised their vested stock options at an exercise price of INR 1 per option. In addition, the company allotted 17,900 bonus equity shares in a 1:1 ratio in line with a shareholder resolution approved on August 8, 2025. Each equity share has a face value of INR 1.

The exercise of employee stock options resulted in the company receiving INR 17,900 as consideration. The company stated that all newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in every respect, ensuring that shareholders holding these shares will enjoy the same rights and benefits as other shareholders. The company also confirmed that the newly allotted shares will not be subject to any lock-in period.

Following the allotment, the paid-up share capital of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited increased from INR 11,72,35,370 to INR 11,72,71,170. According to the company, the increase in share capital is minimal compared to the total outstanding equity base and, therefore, the diluted earnings per share will remain unaffected.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company submitted the filing to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The regulatory update was signed by Company Secretary Ullash Parida, who also confirmed that the information has been uploaded to the company’s official website for the benefit of investors and other stakeholders.
