North Dakota Crude Output Down on Cold Weather Snap, State Regulator Says

(Reuters) – HOUSTON, Jan 23 – North Dakota crude output is currently down by 80,000 barrels per day to 110,000 bpd as operators shut production in due to cold weather, the state regulator said on Friday.

“It is warming up next week so I don’t anticipate any long term production impacts,” said Justin Kringstad, Director of North Dakota Pipeline Authority.

The state’s well-head associated gas output was down by 0.24 billion cubic feet per day to 0.33 bcfd.
