Sol-Bright Latest Robot: Revolutionizing Solar Panel Cleaning

Maintaining peak efficiency in solar energy systems is a top priority for the renewable industry. Sol-Bright presents the latest Robotic Cleaning System, an advanced, automated solution designed for Tracker Systems. Engineered for dry cleaning using UV-resistant bristles, this innovative robot eliminates water dependency while maximizing solar power output.

Sol-Bright latest Robot is lightweight, energy-efficient, and features a self-charging solar panel for uninterrupted operation. The system is driven by a specially designed motor and transmission mechanism, ensuring durability and low maintenance. With a cleaning speed of 16±2 meters per minute, it efficiently covers up to 4,000 meters, achieving an outstanding 99.5% cleaning efficiency.

Designed with a torsional structure, the robot can twist ±25°, seamlessly adjusting to panel misalignments and terrain variations. Sol-Bright has also incorporated advanced windproof technology, including a docking station lock, anti-dropping hooks, and windproof motors, ensuring stability even in high wind up to 55 m/s.

  • Posture adjustment for precise movement.
  • IP65-rated protection and C5 corrosion grade, enabling operation in extreme environment and temperatures from -40°C to 70°C.
  • Low-noise performance (<60dB) for minimal disruption.
  • Customizable cleaning cycles based on site conditions.

With a 98.5% uptime, the latest Robot ensures seamless operations, with quick on-site rectifications when needed.

With Sol-Bright latest Robot, solar plants can achieve sustainable, cost-effective, and highly efficient cleaning through state-of-the-art automation.
